My Coaching Approach
As a psychologist and coach, I support people in their personal and professional development with empathy, clarity, and scientifically based methods. My approach is resource- and solution-oriented: I believe that every person has the potential for self-development. I see my role as supporting this process with targeted impulses, structured reflection opportunities, and practical methods. I want to dive into your topic with you, reflect on it at various levels, and enable a change of perspective. Together, we will transform observations and reflections into concrete steps and create space for new behaviors.
My Focus Areas
I support people through processes of change—both professionally and personally. The focus is often on topics such as career, leadership, team dynamics, or organizational change. We often start with a work-related issue, but it is not uncommon for coaching to lead to a deeper exploration of personal topics.
Professional reorientation & career
Support in decision-making processes, goal setting, and positioning
Personal development
Strengthening self-confidence, resilience, and authentic self-leadership
Stress Management & Mental Health
Developing sustainable strategies to promote well-being and balance
My approach
My work is based on scientific findings in psychology, particularly in the fields of positive psychology, hypnosystemic coaching, and client-centered counseling. In my coaching sessions, I use a variety of methods, including:
- Systemic questioning techniques to broaden perspectives
- Cognitive restructuring methods to change obstructive thought patterns
- Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to promote inner clarity
- Practical exercises to strengthen self-efficacy and goal achievement
I look forward to accompanying you on your journey!
My responsibility
Coaching can provide new impetus that also influences the social environment. Clients often try out new behaviors, which can bring about positive or challenging changes in their environment. All information is treated confidentially by the coach and is not passed on to third parties in personalized form. Anonymized information may be used for reflection to improve the coaching experience in professional circles, such as supervision for case discussions. The coach keeps a record of the coaching to document the process and progress.
Client's responsibility
Coaching is based on cooperation and mutual trust. In this context, the coach points out that coaching is a free, active, and self-responsible process and that a specific outcome cannot be guaranteed. Coaching is based on the information provided by the client and serves to support individual development processes. The client is responsible for the factual accuracy of the data provided and for all decisions made. The coach accompanies the client in the process, provides impetus, and encourages reflection—the implementation and further development are the client's own responsibility.
Distinction from therapy or other medical treatments
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. It requires normal mental and physical resilience. If the client has symptoms that could indicate illness, they are advised to seek medical or therapeutic treatment.
